Online contact with your GP
With ‘Huisarts Dichtbij’ (GP Nearby) you have online contact with your doctor or other health professional. You can:
- make appointments
- re-order medication
- ask short questions (e-consult)
With your DigiD you can log in at ‘Huisarts Dichtbij’ on your computer, smartphone or tablet at a time that suits you. After login you can switch language to English.

Good to know
- If you have (a) minor child(ren), you can also request a DigiD for them.
- There is no online access to the medical file for children < 16 years old. It is possible to make an appointment online and send an e-consultation.
Digital Care Helpdesk
Is online contact with your doctor or general practitioner new to you? The Digital Care Helpdesk is there for all your questions that are not medical in nature, but may come to mind when you are undergoing treatment or are in contact with your doctor or general practitioner.
For example, do you have questions about how you can log in with your DigiD (via the DigiD app or text message) on our patient portal HuisartsDichtbij ? The Digital Care Helpdesk will assist you step by step by phone or e-mail.
